Caregiver Support Services

Raised in a multigenerational family, Tiffany has first hand experience with caregiving and the impact that it can have on a family. Tiffany's personal family experiences have driven her career choices as she works to help families navigate changing dynamics due to caregiving. Since 2019 Tiffany has been facilitating support groups for caregivers and is looking to increase this work and access to those who find themselves as a caregiver.

Free Consultations (15 minutes)

In this brief free consultation Tiffany will ask some basic questions and make some broad suggestions for what type of support may be helpful to you as a caregiver or what types of care may be appropriate for your loved one.

Caregiver Support Groups

Support groups are for people who are seeking community and support in their caregiving. Groups are made up of 8-10 people and operate on 4, 8, or 12-week rotations depending on group members’ preferences. These hour long groups will provide an opportunity for caregivers to meet and share their experiences with each other. Tiffany will also attend the support groups to provide facilitation and support as needed to the group. Purchase of a support group pass includes a discounted 1:1 session.

Upcoming Groups:
- 4 Week Mini Series (3/20, 3/27, 4/3 4/10 from 12pm to 1pm) - sliding scale is $80-$200
- 8 Week Series (begins May 2021) - sliding scale is $160-400
